Aldo Malerbi (first chair bassist)!

Aldo is a an amazing bass playing boomer having played with the Strykers and the Exceptions in the 60's (San Francisco). Until he had to get a real job. Plucking on his acoustic guitar along the way, picking the bass back up as a retirement hobby. He decided on playing for an energy driven dance crowd was much more rewarding than sitting on the Doc of the Bay.. Seeing the Beatles in concert at the Cow Palace in 1964 was all it took to motivate him, thanks to Paul McCartney!
